Please be advised of ongoing internet and power interruptions affecting Plumas County. All sites are currently coming up to warm temperatures with heat, but internet access remains disrupted due to the Plumas Sierra Telecommunications outage.
Current information is as follows:
- Chester/Greenville- the internet should be restored after servers are reset. Internet is anticipated to be operational at these sites.
- Quincy/Portola- internet is down with no estimated time of restoration. Classrooms will adjust to non internet based activities. A back up phone is available at each site for emergencies.
