Driving PCOE/PUSD Vehicles

Every year, all employees who will be driving PCOE/PUSD vehicles must provide the following information to our Transportation department, emailed to Theresa Belsher Howe, [email protected]

Copy of front and back of current Driver License
Current Driver Record from the California Department of Motor Vehicles
Completed Part 1 of Employee Driver form - download link below

(Fill out Part 2 if you plan to drive your personal vehicle as well as district vehicles)
