The Plumas County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) is seeking new members for the Community Advisory Committee (CAC). The CAC provides important input on special education programs and services within the SELPA.

Commitment:
CAC members are appointed by the Plumas Unified School District/Plumas COE Governing Board. Members serve a term of 2 years and are expected to:

- Attend regularly scheduled CAC meetings (approximately 4 per year)
- Provide input on special education programs and policies
- Act as a liaison between the community and the SELPA
