New Student Enrollment
To enroll your child, please use the Student Enrollment portal to let us know you are planning to send your child to one of our schools.
If you don't see a reply email confirming your sign up for the online portal, please check your spam or trash mailbox.
After you enroll online, your school site will contact you to let you know what documents and information they need to complete your child's registration at the school. Please make sure your contact info is current and accurate.
Kindergarten or Transitional Kindergarten Enrollment 2026-27
A child must be age 5 on or before September 1, 2026 to enter Kindergarten. (EC Section 48000[a])
A child must be age 4 on or before September 1, 2026 to enter Transitional Kindergarten (as available).
- The first day of school for the 2026-27 school year is Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
- Kindergarten is a full school day
- Transitional Kindergarten ends at noon daily
- After school care until 6PM available daily at all elementary school sites
- Fridays are early release days
Additional documentation needed for registration:
- Proof of residence within school district boundaries
- Immunization record
- Verification of child’s age, any of the following: birth record, birth certificate, passport, or affidavit of parent, guardian, or family member
Students transferring into the district from another district or state will need their immunization records and should provide a recent report card. Contact the individual school about registration for transfer students.
