Accessing Governing Board agendas

Step by Step Instructions

Use the link above to go to the Governing Board Agendas and Minutes website.
Meetings are listed by date, most current at the top.
Click on the Meeting Title to the right of the date.
The gray box at the top of the agenda shows the time, date, and location of the meeting.
To see the agenda items, scroll past the first section of text until you see the agenda.
Click on the first item agenda to find the YouTube Live link, which goes live when the meeting starts.
To see more about each agenda item, tap on that section.
When you are in the information section of the agenda item, you can scroll through the agenda using the arrow buttons at the top of the section.
Go back to the main agenda page by tapping on the word "Agenda" at the top of the section.
