Instructional Resources
Dear Educators,
These resources are provided as a starting point for planning for supplemental, enrichment, and intervention education while our schools are closed. Please keep in mind that while schools are closed in the short term, learning is provided for supplemental and enrichment purposes. Learning opportunities should be those that extend the classroom instruction but should not be counted on for completion when students return. Teachers may provide feedback to students, but these assignments cannot be a part of a student’s grade. In these difficult times, this is an opportunity to be innovative in our curriculum delivery and connecting with students. Thank you for your care and concern for all of our students, and all that you do to maintain a continuity of learning for our students and families.

Resources All Grades Communication Platforms Multiple subject topics Khan Academy Daily Schedules for School Closures Khan Academy has self-paced, interactive content--exercises, videos and articles--for students in every grade and in most major subject areas. It is all free. Teachers and parents can also use our teacher tools to monitor progress and assign specific work. This could be made even more powerful if it is complemented with Google Hangout, Zoom or Skype video conference sessions with teachers and classmates. For example, teachers can hold video conference “office hours” during the day where students can go to get questions answers and teachers can monitor student progress.
